Full Job Description
Essential Job Functions
• The MS Dynamics CE / Offender 360 Functional Integration Consultant will be responsible for contributing to feasibility assessment for implementation of Offender 360 solution powered by Microsoft Dynamics CE for jail management at state and local departments. The team member will work with DXC and Client stakeholders to validate business requirements, identify system configuration/enhancements supporting business requirements, and work with colleagues across CRM modules to determine impacts to on-going development efforts.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology or related field preferred
• Min 3 years of CRM experience
• Min 3 years of Public Sector/ Criminal Justice SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE
• Development of functional solution and application design, build, and test
• Development of detailed business process designs and associated documentation
• Prototype development
• Hands-on configuration of Offender 360 solution components
• Testing/Issue Management
• Offender 360 knowledge transfer to customer
• Limited requirements and design (as primary resource)
• Configuration, testing, knowledge transfer (as primary resource)
• Interface with technical consultant(s) for integration and/or reporting work
Other Qualifications
• Development of detailed configuration rationales and designs as well as system configuration build
• Hands-on experience leading the design, development and deployment of enterprise application software or current hands on technology infrastructure
• As a key technical member of the Public Sector Sales team, ensure success in building and migrating applications, software and services on DXC Technology and the DXC Cloud platform
• Mentoring and coaching associate consultants
• Good communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and management
• Good skills at managing risks during product launches
• Good creative thinking, problem solving, planning, time-management and organization skills to balance and prioritize work
• Good human relations skills to select, develop, mentor, discipline and reward employees
• Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks
• Ability to lead and work in a team environment
• Willingness to travel
