Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs:
• Utilizing Lean IT principles and data driven approaches;
• Leading a team of 5 or more resources;
• Possessing knowledge of the Data Management framework, including data management, data security, data quality and data architecture;
• Working with RDBMS such as DB2, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgresSQL, Teradata, etc;
• Understanding Data Integration Tools (SSIS, Informatica Power center, API Management, Enterprise Service Bus, and Rules Engine);
• Understanding Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence,Enterprise Search and Reporting (PowerBI, Tableau);
• Possessing experience in Cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud;
• Demonstrating knowledge of Data Modeling & Schema design and development;
• Understanding NoSQL databases (e.g. DocumentDB, CosmosDB, MongoDB, Casandra, etc.);
• Showcasing experience with Microsoft SQL Server, and Azure SQL Managed Instances;
• Demonstrating experience with Python or similar scripting languages;
• Implementing query analysis and performance optimization;
• Possessing a certification in any of database, data integration, data management, visualisation tools and cloud;
• Showcasing technical understanding that spans multiple platforms and portfolio of applications with demonstrated knowledge of the business strategic priorities in order to resolve complex problems;
• Picking up new tools and being independent with minimal guidance from the project leads/managers;
• Possessing analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities;
• Establishing personal credibility quickly and demonstrate specialization; and,
• Demonstrating effective written and verbal skills.
