Your job is to help support our clients complex AirWatchand InTune MDM infrastructures.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Mobility Engineer is responsible for technicalMDM deployment or configuration projects and escalated MDM technical supportfo r Android, iOS, and rugged devices from Zebra and Honeywell. You areresponsible for identifying the core issue or objective, conducting technicalresearch as needed, and ensuring these projects and tasks are expertlyresolved.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Work within our ticketing system to workprojects and to resolve escalated client issues
• Interact professionally with end-users by email,phone, and text
• Conduct independent research of online resourcesand product documentation
• Work with software vendors like VMware andMicrosoft as needed
• Record activity and resolution steps forassigned client issues
• Ensure issues are resolved effectively andwithin our performance commitments

• Technical experience with Android and iOSdevices and MDM platforms like AirWatch and InTune
