Job Summary
Responsible for accurate and timely final configuration of provider profiles into Argus data platforms.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
• Master the Argus systems (Aldera and Acuity) which house provider data. Create and maintain provider records in Argus databases as needed particularly business related information required to pay providers accurately for submitted claims.
• Work daily ticket queus in Aldera, particularly error logs, resolve errors, coordinate with other departments to ensure accuracy of provider information, and accuracy of data entry during provider set up.
• Adhere to data entry parameters and ensure deadlines for completion of data entry/correction are met and that entry is accurate. This may require close collaboration with other department staff.
• Ensure all assigned tasks in Acuity are worked to agreed upon turnaround times and closed properly to track productivity.
• Other duties/data management projects as requested.

• Work independently while understanding the need to communicate and coordinate work efforts with other staff and organizations.
• Perform job responsibilities in compliance with all Argus Dental & Vision Operating Policies and procedures.
• Complete required annual education courses within the expected timeframes.
• Be cognizant of and adhere to principles of Patient and Provider Rights and Respon-sibilities as outlined in Argus materials and policy documents
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data entry: This is the most critical aspect for this role. The successful candidate understands that data quality/integrity is critical, and that Argus’ ability to pay claims to its providers could be impacted if this is compromised. and take responsibility to the level possible to ensuring the information gathered is accurate,
• High degree of accountability and integrity: the successful candidate holds him/herself to high standards and takes responsibility to perform all aspects of the job accurately, readily acknowledges mistakes and takes constructive criticism well to improve their performance.
• Strong experience with Excel and/or other database systems.
• Preferred but not required: Experience with Aldera
• Analytical Skills: The ability to work with large amounts of data arriving from multiple sources.
• Communication Skills: The ability to communicate with other departments and explain requirements for accurate data entry.
• Critical Thinking: The ability to look at the data, observe/report patterns and trends in errors, input etc. so that workflow performance improves.
• Problem Solving: Present problems with alternatives for resolution or plan to determine the resolution.
• Commitment to Learning: Agrees to participate in approved ongoing education opportunities deemed necessary to remain abreast of current software capabilities, best practices and related topics required to produce high quality results.
Experience
• Experience in healthcare industry in a support services role (customer service, data entry, administrative support)
• Experience with other applications in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook.
