This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Mastery of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Command of architecture, design and business processes
• Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices
• Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
• Expertise in working in in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture
• Experienced in modern programming languages
• Over 10 years of relevant industry experience, with 5 years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience (managing teams of 15 or more developers).
• Industry knowledge of the payments and acquiring industry preferred.  Specifically, experience in leading Operations, Fraud, Collections, Servicing, Call Center applications prefereed.
• Team is responsible for software development, verification, testing, release and monitoring of software deployment to devices in the field.
• Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
• 5+ plus years of experience in Software development and production management. Experience with Domain Driven Design, building cloud native applications, microservices.
• Strong track record of managing large scale mission critical software applications, with a keen eye to production management and stability.
• Continuous Integration / Delivery with pipelines building 100th of time a day.
• SCRUM or similar agile SDLC methodologies;
• STRONG knowledge of our Cloud (AWS, Cloud Foundry or other).
• Experience debugging REST API's and other HTTP services.
• Experience automating deployment processes.
