Full Job Description
Oversee and support the hardware and software IT for a large healthcare practice of 150 employees with 20 locations across Tampa Bay. Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation. Prior healthcare industry experience required. At least two years experience in IT management.
Principle Accountabilities:
• Purchasing, Installing and configuring computer hardware and software systems
• Provide technical support to employees, includes both onsite and over the phone
• Network administration
• Networking Knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Oversight of phones system and communication network
• Testing new technology
• Website Management
• Administrator of company EMR (Electronic Medical Records)
• Coordinate interface development into SQL Server
• Delegate and manage access to third party sites i.e. insurance providers
• Vendor selection and management
• Manage multiple virtual environments
• Create custom Crystal Reports from data in Electronic Medical Records system
• Oversee and ensure IT compliance as well as implement new measures and processes as necessary
• Email marketing
• Data Analysis
Technology:
• Windows Server 2012 and 2016
• SQL Server 2014
• Active Director and Group Policies
• Wordpress
• Windows 10, Mac OS, iOS and Android
• Experience with EMR systems
• SAP Crystal Reports
• CRM
