**WHAT YOU'LL DO** This program includes formal training and direct placement in the Subscription Finance Group (SFG). Subscription Finance specifically provides funding/financing solutions to many of the world's leading asset managers. As a summer analyst, your responsibilities may include: - Drafting client proposals, transaction & due diligence - Engaging with business partners & other members of the client team, as necessary, to facilitate various aspects of the transaction management process - Participation in on-site client due diligence visits, as necessary - Generation of detailed collateral analysis - Monitoring and highlighting key performance trends related to the collateral, clients and the industry - Maintaining transaction pricing, return and cash flow models, as well as portfolio surveillance files
