Kforce has a client that is seeking a Finance Systems Technician in Tampa, FL. Summary: The Finance System Technician is responsible for the administration and support of all technology utilized by Mosaic Business Services (MBS). This person will support the Finance System Lead in resolving systems issues, including error resolution, ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report writing, data reporting, analyzing data flows and identifying process improvement opportunities. In addition, this person will assist in employee training for various systems and processes. Responsibilities:
• Provide system administration support of MBS solutions and processes including Ariba, Concur, Winshuttle, Blackline, Tradeshift, ServiceNow and Kyriba; support will include but is not limited to analysis, testing, user access and training related to issues for employees and vendors
• In addition, the Financial Systems Tech will troubleshoot systems issues, seek prompt resolution and escalate items as necessary collaborating with IT as well as third parties as needed
• Provide system administration monitoring and support of the e-invoicing/imaging systems ensuring timely and accurate flow of invoices and exceptions
• Provide system administration support of other MBS solutions and processes including Ariba, Concur, Winshuttle, ServiceNow, Kyriba and Blackline
• Support will include but is not limited to analysis, testing, user access and training related to issues for employees and vendors
• In addition, the Financial Systems Technician will troubleshoot systems issues, seek prompt resolution and escalate items as necessary collaborating with IT as well as third parties as needed
• Support system reporting, training and communication on Tradeshift, Ariba, Concur, Winshuttle, Blackline, ServiceNow as well as other integrated/functional systems
• Assist employees and vendors by sharing technical and process knowledge
• High School diploma/GED
• 1 year of experience in SAP is required including proven ability to report on SAP data
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Blackline (preferred)
