Job summary
• $1,400 - $1,800 total average weekly pay per team
• 4,200 - 6,000 average miles per week per team
• OTR
• Line haul
• Contract driver (1099, team)
• Dry Van
Home time
• 10 days on, 3 days off
• 10 - 21 required days out
• No guaranteed weekends home
Freight handling
• 100% drop and hook
• 100% no touch freight
Pet and rider policy
• Pets are allowed
Limit 30 pounds with a cleaning deposit
• Riders are not allowed
Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
Carrier and truck information
• Carrier size 100 - 249 trucks
• Mostly automatic trucks
• Governed trucks at 72 mph on cruise control (may vary when off cruise control)
• Taking truck home is not allowed.
Hiring requirements
• At least 21 years old
• Class A license
• Not qualified if you have air brakes restriction, night driving restriction, no semi trailer restriction or intrastate only restriction
• OTR experience
• at least 6 months in the last 6 months
• Experience must be with a 53 ft trailer minimum
• Must have double/triple trailers (T) and hazardous materials (H) endorsements at time of hire
• Must be able to pass urine test
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Must have basic proficiency in the English language
• Must have a valid DOT medical card
• Good driving record
• Stable work history
