This role will create solutions to automate manual or inefficient operational processes utilizing Six Sigma DMAIC methodologies to build out a data warehouse, executive dashboards, and business intelligence analytics. Will also lead operational, technical and analytical projects building technical solutions that align to compliance and regulatory requirements while maximizing profitability. 1. Define projectscope and purpose: Build project charters, stakeholder analyses, voice ofthe customer, and high level process mapping 2. Gatherinformation on the current situation: Understand capabilities of currentprocess including control charts, Pareto Charts, detail process mappingand Failure Mode Effect Analysis 3. Identify rootcause(s) and confirm them with data: Analyze why processes have variationor fail, cause and effect, hypothesis testing and regression analysis 4. Pilot andimplement solutions that address root causes: Determine optimal potentialsolutions, perform cost benefit analyses, and develop timelines forimplementing change 5. Monitor thesolutions that were implemented: Build control plans, monitor performanceof Business after implementing change, develop routines for addressing outof control conditions, and perform lessons learned postimplementation.
