Job Description
Innovative Staff Solutions is a family owned staffing agency celebrating 26 years of service.  We seek a Staffing Specialist in our Owensboro, KY office that is passionate about their job and looking for an opportunity they can grow within. This candidate will be accountable for ensuring the availability of qualified flexible employees through appropriate recruiting and skill matching to achieve total client satisfaction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Job Duties:
• Interview and process candidates for available job opportunities
• Ability to skill market quality candidates and make solid hiring decisions
• Excellent communication skills with clients via phone, email and in person
• Data entry documentation into our HRIS system
• Process hiring paperwork for all new employees placed on assignment
• Process Worker’s Compensation paperwork to our Risk Manager
• Have a sense of urgency work style and can meet deadlines
• Someone who goes above and beyond what true customer service is
• Proven track record of being a team player
Requirements:
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software
• Must excel in their communication skills
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Ability to multi-task and are detail oriented
• Capable of handling difficult situations
• Strong sense of customer service
• Team Player
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Highly dependable
• Ability to work Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm + overtime as needed
• Must have a valid drivers license to be able to go to multiple locations as needed
• Past Customer Service positions for 3+ years
