W-2 | $17 - $20 per hour | Highest Quality Supervision Towards BCBA or BCaBA Training and Professional Development Directed by PhD/BCBA with 30+ Years of Experience
Job Description:
• Provide family-centered ABA therapy to children and teens diagnosed with Autism and related disorders
• Ensure the implementation and evaluation of policies that are evidence-based and consistent with professional standards and values
• Collect, analyze and document progress data and session notes
Qualifications:
• Certification: Registered Behavior Technician (required prior to start)
• Education: High school diploma (minimum)
• Experience: 1+ year working with children and teens in therapeutic or educational settings
• Training: CPR, First-Aid, Crisis Prevention, Identification of Child Abuse and Neglect – (paid for/provided by KNR Therapy)
• Transportation: Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
• Background Check: Ability to pass Level 2 Background Check
• Approved Medicaid Provider: Not required
• Physical Requirements: Work indoors and outdoors as required to teach skills or target behaviors across the client’s natural environment, occasionally lifting up to 30 pounds while
assisting clients
• Interest: Compassionate individual who enjoys working with children and teens with intellectual or developmental disabilities – partner with parents and caregivers to change lives
Compensation and Benefits:
• Hourly Compensation: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
