Compensation: $18.00 to $22.00 hourly
The Desktop Support Technician’s role is to support and maintain organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. That includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all organizational hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via work order) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required. Job Requirements -3-5 years of related work experience -Experience of Installing, upgrading, migrating and supporting Windows OS in enterprise environment -Experience configuring hardware, applications, network and VPN connectivity Experience with: - Setting up and troubleshooting Windows 10 PCs and servers - Troubleshooting VOIP phone system hardware - Printer troubleshooting
