Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Working knowledge of: HRIS, applicant tracking systems and database applications, human resource principles a plus. Ability to interpret and impart knowledge effectively
.Must demonstrate considerable initiative and independent learning of software applications in order to facilitate the onboarding process and effectively train our clients.
.Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with effective time management.
.Must be adaptable and demonstrate the ability to provide critical support to our internal and external clients. Ideal candidate should be able to support expanded user adoption, system knowledge and the skills to create learning tools and processes for existing and new functionalities.
Essential Duties:
· Plan, design, and lead PrismHR HRIS application activities including new release testing and rollout, integration with other systems and third-party applications.
. Provide data and web support along with training related to software applications
. Determine the specific needs of the clients, understand and address impact of other service lines, map out, implement strategies for improving processes or implementing new applications
· Manage our internal case management system, triaging cases and escalating to our partner, PrismHR, when a situation is determined to need their assistance
· Track and report on high priority cases and feature wish list items as part of bi-weekly technology partner meetings, implement and support automated solutions for on-going, routine, and new initiatives within the department
· Provide hands-on support, guiding our team’s utilization and innovation of the platform, participate in and or manage upgrades, uploads and interfaces
· Train our internal users on the utilization of the technologies we use, prepare training materials and conduct training programs as needed
· Evaluate and anticipate impact of new technical solutions on product roadmap to our clients
· Lead internal systems projects and participate effectively in other IT related projects
· Complete/implement new account setups with data exchange partners
· Create and maintain applicable systems documentation
Qualifications:
· 2 years professional experience with HR or payroll systems working as an applications specialist including configuration, data quality assurance and user case management (Preferred)
· Advanced Excel skills (Macro or SQL experience preferred)
· Excellence communication and follow-up skills
· Demonstrable problem-solving skills with proven ability to work collaboratively with other teams to properly resolve issues quickly
· Solutions-oriented team player who takes initiative and is accountable for results
· Organized, detail and process-oriented thinker with strong analytical skills
· Experience working in a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and/or client-facing experience is a plus but not required
