Come see what the Revolution is all about As the Lead Regional Spirituality Director, you will offer spiritual nurturing in an interfaith environment to residents, families and stakeholders within the region you are serving. As the Director you will lead and provide guidance to the regional Spirituality team that may also serve those facilities along with coaching and counseling other department staff. Requirements for Consideration include Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, Divinity, Counseling or related field; AND/OR CPE training or qualified by specific educational training in related field or a combination of education and related experience may be acceptable. Minimum of three (3) years related experience. Minimum of five (5) years related experience with minimum of three (3) years management/supervisory experience preferred. Current/active as a Certified Nursing Assistant and CPR certification preferred. Possess a heart of servanthood, love and compassion to minister to the elderly, family members and Stakeholders in a LTC environment. Daily travel to multiple sites, including occasional overnight stays.
