Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Contacting and communicating with clients, procuring and saving documents, reading and comprehending credit reports, drafting dispute letters and written communications, tracking time.
Education: High-School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in the legal field or in customer service.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Requires critical thinking skills and ability to work with minimal supervision, strong written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills, thoroughness and attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently, exceptional client service skills, technologically adept and a self-starter.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 an hour, commensurate with experience. Benefits such as medical, dental, 401k, etc. are also offered.
