Overview:
Moxie Pest Control is growing fast! With growth comes the need for superior leadership and vision. We are looking for Customer Service Retention Specialists to provide accurate, clear and concise info to our customers, resulting in better expectations and understanding of the work, leading to higher customer satisfaction and retention. Your #1 job will be to save customers who request to cancel services.
Our office has a very upbeat, FUN environment. We have frequent office games with fun prizes (gift cards, games, and incentive lunches). The happier our customers are the more fun we have!
Responsibilities:
Speak to customers requesting to cancel services and SAVE them!
Speak to dissatisfied customers and HELP them!
Inbound and outbound phone calls
Data entry and updating of customer database
Day-to-day reporting

• This is a full-time position
• Health benefits (health, vision, dental) available after 90 days.
• Sales experience a big plus but not required. We will train the right person!
