Training Portfolio and Business Development Specialist
We are looking for a commercially and technically sound professional to drive the Training services portfolio in Tetra Pak. You will lead the development and deployment of the Training services portfolio and drive successful implementation of the local and global product portfolio, including financial targets and profitability contributing to develop the business plan. As the Subject Matter Expert for the business category, you will be in charge of quoting category dvanced products that require deep technical, commercial and legal knowledge.
This position is based in Denton, Texas.
Tetra Pak is not considering applicants (Internal or External) who require International relocation to the United States.
What You Will Do
As Training Portfolio and Business Development Specialist you will:
You will lead the development and deployment of the training services business and drive a successful implementation of the local and global product portfolio across the US and Canada market, including financial targets and profitability contributing to develop the business plan. You are the Subject Matter Expert for the training category. You will support the account teams in developing tailored training and/or competence development proposals for customers and follow up on the execution of competence development agreements. You will take a lead role in supporting / driving Training Services Sales.
• Lead and implement training solutions across the US Canada Market, securing financial targets and execution of the strategy. Drive deployment plans and secure suitable resources in place to execute projects and launch new products.
• Lead the deployment of development projects in training business, develop a Market Readiness Plan, secure that promotional and sales materials and pricing strategy are available with clear value proposition, assure the overall performance of the service product is superior to that of competitors and guarantee that the product is being deployed according to the customer needs.
• Together with the Global team, develop local projects and fully support the development of global projects by participating directly in the process, executing pilots and identifying new business opportunities to expand the service portfolio.
• Responsible for providing technical and financial expertise in quoting advanced category products that require deep knowledge as well as responsible for securing that legal and commercial policies are being followed in the quotations. Secure a clear alignment with the involved stakeholders, like delivery organizations and suppliers, to flawlessly implement the offered solution.
Who You Are
We believe you have:
• Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration
• +3 years of relevant experience in developing training services or services portfolio in general
• Knowledge in Sales, P&L, process improvement
• Experience in basic project management preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, able to drive resolution of customer issues through effective communication with internal stakeholders
• English is required
