Job Summary: The Azure Specialist will assist with providing security controls and threat protection to customers. This role with help to oversee customer identity, access, data protection, application, cloud and hybrid environments as related to end to end infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist project teams/business Customers in evaluating, developing, implementing and supporting Azure architecture components
• Participate in developing time estimates for project schedules
• Document and communicate assigned work and progress to immediate project team and management
• Communicate problems or issues in a timely manner
• Candidate will be responsible for working projects as assigned by the Program Manager and other Managers/Directors
• Projects given will range from complex (large-scale infrastructure) to simple (moves, adds and changes)
• Adhere and support all company policies and procedures
• Some travel
Qualifications
• Technical Skills experience (i.e., language, database, applications, software, hardware, certifications etc.)
• BS, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications and / or equivalent formal training or work experience.
• Azure Cloud computing, experience, preferred
• Exposure to designing Azure solutions, Non-Technical Skills
• Proficient PC software ability (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)
• Experience in project management and vendor relations
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Any Microsoft Azure Certifications Non-Technical Skills
• Professional and diplomatic work ethic
