JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented warehouse manager to join our team and manage efficient, safe, and effective receipt, storage, inventory, and dispatch of our warehoused goods. In addition to overseeing the operations of the warehouse, you will also be responsible for managing the warehouse staff.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Account for all inbound and outbound shipments
· Weekly cycle counts
· Pull, stage, load and document transfers
· Load and unload transfer truck – Drive occasionally
· Fulfill LTL orders, UPS, FedEx
· Document all movements using inventory software program
· Observe and maintain Organic and SQF standards
· Building security
· Coordinate transfers with production team

QUALIFICATIONS OR EXPERIENCE/TRAINING REQUIRED
· Experience: 3 to 5 years of previous Warehouse management experience
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
· Current Florida Driver’s License
· Other Required knowledge, skills & abilities:
Working conditions
· Working environment: Both indoor and outdoor environments – indoor has limited climate control where temperatures will rise in the summer months.
· Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit, squat, kneel, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to operate standard warehouse equipment; reach with hands and arms; and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.
· Safely operate power equipment – use of PPE when necessary
· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
