Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities: to include but not limited to the following :
• Works closely with clinical staff to ensure clients are engaging in programming daily by setting expectations to ensure clinical success
• Collaborates with facility leadership to develop and identify best practices contributing to greater client clincial outcomes
• Provides exceptional customer service to our clients and internal customers
• Follow-up with discharged clients according to schedule to maintain outcome data for benchmark studies.
• Ensure that site has all supplies, equipment, etc. required to provide effective client support.
• Provides oversight of assigned client activities and programming daily
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in related field.
• Two years of experience in a health care field (perferbly behaviorial health/addiction)
• Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar. Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
