Atlanta - Sunbelt is looking for talented and experienced home health registered nurses to assist the Atlanta, Georgia, area!  Candidates should have at least 2 years of home health experience and have experience with wound care, IVs, Ports, Trachs, and Foley Catheters, and be comfortable travelling to patients’ homes.
Job Details
• 8-Week contract with possible extension
• Travel to patient homes and manage care plans in accordance to instructions from physician
• Administer medication and perform diagnostic tests
• Inspect wounds, change dressings
• Work with other healthcare professionals to develop improved healthcare plans and diets for patients
• Monitor patient recovery and compile reports
Job Requirements
• GA or Compact RN licensure
• Current and Valid BLS/ACLS licensure
• 2+ Years home health experience
• Experience with Wound Care, IVs, Ports, Trachs, and Foley Catheters
• Experience with Homecare Homebase
• Experience with Oasis
• Reliable means of transportation
• Comfortable travelling to patient homes
