CLINICAL NURSE III -PROCEDURAL
The Clinical Nurse III - Procedural is proficient in the care of a sub-specialty group of patients utilizing effective managerial skills. Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team. Is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization. Acts as a mentor and resource expert, supports and shares organizational information to all team members. The CN III performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned. Required Experience includes 2 years acute care experience or 2 years Interventional/Procedural. Preferred Experience includes 1 year Interventional/Perioperative Internship. Required Education includes: Hired/Promoted on/after 5/1/2019 - BSN required. Hired/Promoted between 1/1/2016 and 4/30/2019 - completion of BSN or BS related field required within 3 years of hire/promotion date. Hired/Promoted before 1/1/2016 - BSN or BS related field or RN Certification in related field.
