Position Overview for the Technical Support Specialist:
• Provide technical assistance to internal employees
• Clearly document work performed using the ticketing system
• Follow up on previous tickets
• Troubleshoot applications
Required Experience for the Technical Support Specialist:
• 1+ years of Help Desk or Service Desk experience
• Experience working with Service Now (Or other ticketing systems)
• Healthcare experience is preferred
• Must be a team player and eager to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
