Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop compliance testing work programs and testing procedures relevant to identified risk and test objectives.
• Conduct sample testing in accordance with established standards and protocols to determine whether the controls are operating effectively.
• Prepare work papers documenting test results that adequately support conclusions.
• Draft compliance testing reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with business units in developing and monitoring corrective actions responding to review findings.
• Possess strong analytical skills to identify, document, present and report issues.
• Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to adhere to strict documentation requirements.
• Maintain high level of regulatory compliance knowledge deposit or loan related regulations such as Reg. E; DD; CC; D; Z; X; B; and Fair Lending Laws.
• Maintain high level of deposit operations knowledge including NACHA Operating Rules and Unclaimed Property laws.
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of broad consumer compliance experience in deposit or loan operations and testing / monitoring experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or other certification a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of industry regulations applicable to deposit functions such as NACHA Operating Rules, Unclaimed Property laws, etc.
