As a Team Member or shift supervisor, you will become an important member of a fast-paced team that serves up the best burgers around and has a great time doing it! What does it take to be a Shift Supervisor?
• Previous experience in food service or other related fields

What will I do as a shift Supervisor?
• Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage kitchen personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
What Does a TEAM MEMBER do?
• Serves our sizzling burgers to hungry customers
• Welcomes the customer, takes accurate orders and manages their payments operating a cash register
• Restrooms, dining area and kitchen all need to be kept clean and meet safety and health standards
Our stores get flaming busy! Our Shift Supervisors and Team Members need be able to work as a team in a fast paced environment to keep our guests happy and full.
We always want our customers to be happy, so you may have to answer a question or two, or resolve issues every once in a while.

The Shift Supervisor / Team Member Position requires several physical demands including:
• Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time
• Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
• Manual dexterity as it pertains to pressing and grabbing
• Ability to communicate and read
• Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping and reaching

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
