Job Description:
• 4 years of IT experience with Application support engineer
• Technical Skills - Java, Unix/Linux, scripting, Oracle PL/SQL, WebLogic, WebSphere , OHS webserver, IHS webserver, MQ, SOAP Webservice
• Tools: ITRS, Autosys , Service Now, uDeploy
• Domain Knowledge: Banking - Investment Banking add additional advantage
• Production support for 24*7 support applications
• Good to have: Angular JS, Tibco
• General skillset:
• Good coordination between various infra/TI teams OR dev partners
• Quick turnaround time for solving any issue
• Quick in escalation + handling MIM + involving ICM + sending user communications
• Good debugging and analytical skills
• Must be very good in communication
