SERVICE LIAISON Sunday-Thursday 1pm - 10pm
Empire Hospitality is a federal contractor operating in the hospitality industry. We are looking for people with a heart for service and the desire to make a difference. Our Service Liaison maintains a relationship with our hotel partners while providing exceptional service to our guests. There is a fair amount of electronic communications and logistics involved, so excellent computer skills are required. Special preference will be given to qualified persons who served in an active military capacity and were honorably discharged. Our successful candidate will have a warm and welcoming service orientation and have a demonstrated ability to facilitate, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks, maintain strict schedules, and meet demanding deadlines. They will be exceptional communicators, both verbally and in written forms, and can connect with people, regardless of whether they are clients, partners, guests, or colleagues.
