You Will Be Responsible For:
Knowledgable of current care practices for the at risk diagnoses of COPD and Pneumonia as identified by CMS
Ability to effectively communicate with patients and skilled in assessment of educational needs
Knowledge of disease management in acute settings
Demonstrates effective communication with various members of the healthcare team including staff, physicians, and community resources
Computer proficiency required including MS-Outlook, Excel, keyboard skills, knowledge of electronic medical record
CPR Certification
What You Will Need:

Minimum of 2 years functioning as a Respiratory Therapist in an acute hospital setting
