Job Description
Eurofins TGI is searching for a Transplant Care Manager to cover the Eastern region based out of Atlanta, Orlando, Tampa, Miami, or Nashville.  The Transplant Care Manager is primarily responsible for providing clinical training and clinical support to customers during and after the implementation of Transplant Genomics’ diagnostic testing and services, and will facilitate clients in the creation of care protocols. This position will take the lead on our implementation process as well as function as a key influencer in testing adoption, utilization and managing client and patient satisfaction. The Transplant Care Manager will support the financial objectives of the assigned territory by effectively implementing Transplant Genomics’ sales and marketing strategies to grow TruGraf blood test volume and revenue.
Transplant Care Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
• Training, educating, and in-servicing customers on our products, associated pathways for ordering and reimbursement, and drive appropriate product utilization
• Establish clinical communications and administrative support through technical presentations, review of scientific literature, executive meetings, and specimen collection demonstrations
• Develop and manage relationships with transplant care teams and office staff
• Support territory sales strategy through partnerships with sales specialists, MSLs, IT, client services, in-servicing and market development activities, kit inventory support
• Follow through after implementation to ensure solid TruGraf adoption, maximize test utilization, and ensure accurate documentation standards are maintained for reimbursement
• Travel locally and overnight, visiting existing and prospective clients and effectively covering the geographical territory as assigned
• Assist in the development of new tools and tactics to increase the effectiveness of sales strategies
• Provide case support as needed to drive business and support client services in contacting patients directly to schedule blood draw logistics
• Communicate with clinical, sales and marketing teams to address technical and clinical questions
• Providing regular feedback to the Clinical and Research and Development teams regarding special cases and expansion of applications
• Organize, prioritize and perform activities which must adhere to business needs and objectives set annually by Sales Management and will include territory routing, call activity, education, and test utilization.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and leaders within the larger Eurofins U.S. Clinical Diagnostics market on strategic cross-selling initiatives
• Participate in client performance reviews throughout the year to retain and enhance client
• Demonstrating a commitment to patient safety by maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Perform routine weekly & monthly administrative duties by established due dates
• Enter call notes into Salesforce.com ASAP, but no later than Monday of the following week the call was made
• Assist marketing dept. with research opportunities, data collection, customer reviews and promotion development
• Submit expense reports within 30 days of being incurred
• Complete assigned departmental and corporate trainings
• Develop and maintain an effective/professional working relationship with external customers and internal colleagues to provide the best service possible
• Represent department and organization professionally and favorably and in accordance with established Company standards and associate attributes at all times
• Other duties as assigned by management

• High level of proficiency with PC based software, specifically Microsoft Excel, SF.com, iPad and associated apps
Qualifications
• A professional health services license (NP, BSN, APRNS, RN) from an accredited college or university or a Bachelor’s degree in the health sciences
• 2 years of sales experience in transplant diagnostics, laboratory services or medical sales is preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information
Position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed.  Candidates currently living in Atlanta, GA, Orlando, Miami, or Tampa, FL, or Nashville, TN are encouraged to apply.
