OFFICE STAFF
Responsibilities are:
Accessioning of specimens (order entry), scheduling, interacting with facilities and/or providers for order clarification, questions, etc. Answer phones, general customer service, fax box (receiving order, adding to system, scheduling according to request). Interacting with phlebotomists, answering any questions, clearing up any confusion. Keeping office tidy. Assisting in the lab when needed (will be taught basics). Assisting Ops Mgr for whatever is needed.
