Job Summary:
+Provides consultation and technical assistance to youth groups and adult sponsors.
+ Plans, coordinates, and implements training for adults to support youth engagement.
+ Plans, coordinates, and implements youth engagement activities across the region.
+ Works collaboratively with the Regional Prevention Center (RPC) staff to ensure alignment of youth-led efforts within a needs assessment driven work plan.
+ Supports the completion of RPC work plan and meets the goals of the State Opioid Response (SOR).
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in a human services field (e.g. Addiction, Behavioral Sciences, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Public Health, Sociology, Education, etc.)
+ Ability to apply for a Certified Prevention Specialist (CPS) certification within first two (2) years of employment.
+ Maintain valid driver's license and access to reliable means of transportation for job-related use.
