If you are looking to continue your career in a growing restoration company, then we have the position for you! WrightWay Emergency Services is looking for an Area Project Manager to join our Tampa, Florida team!
Our ideal candidate is a team leader who is excited about teaching and mentoring other Mitigation Technicians; enthusiastic about learning and continuing his/her expertise; displays a positive attitude and provides outstanding service to our all of customers. This position will have mandatory on call for one week in a 3 weeks rotation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ability to lead team in water extraction and removal in a customer’s home or business
• Handle the removal and disposal of damaged building materials
• Follow protocols for mold remediation and removal of smoke residue from fire-damaged buildings.
• Displays initiative and leadership skills on job sites
• Performs small emergency work alone
• Display leadership to all jobsites and ability to lead a crew independently
• Acts as a mentor to all Mitigation Technician Assistants and Mitigation Technicians
• Demonstrations on the job training to all MIT team members
• Ability to Lead CAT 3 clean up loss
• Ability to Lead CAT 3 mold loss
• Ability to fill in as an Area Project Manager when needed
• Act as an example to MIT team
• Partners with management and supports company’s process and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
• 3 years’ experience in Mold and Water remediation
• IICRC certification
• WRT & ASD certification, a plus
• Prior management experience, a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience using moisture meters,
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
• Proven leadership abilities
• Experience managing job sites and teams
• Knowledge in basic math
• Enthusiastic about learning
• Team player
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Great attendance
