Full Job Description
The Psychiatry department has multiple Full Time openings for Psychotherapists. Typical schedule does require some evenings and weekends. Offices located in Wesley Chapel, Brandon, and Carrollwood. The role is responsible for providing psychotherapy in individual, couple, and group settings for patients.
Keys to Success in this Role:
• Diagnose using DSM-5
• Evaluate patients' psychotherapeutic needs and provide psychotherapy for outpatient populations
• Complete intake paperwork with clients
• Attend program development and case conferences
• Provide in-services to staff and community agencies
• Participate in peer review process
• Perform incidental duties as needed
Job Qualifications:
• Master's Degree or higher education as PhD, PsyD, EdD, LCSW, LMHC
• Deliver skillful work in a self-motivated and independent manner.
• Deliver all services in the spirit of compassion, empathy and conscious choice of service to humanity consistent with the vision and mission of Mindbody Integrated Practice.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with Wellness team members and clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• One year of related experience preferred, ideally with children and adults
• Must be comfortable working with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly populations
• Must be willing to travel between the Carrollwood, Wesley Chapel, and Brandon offices
• Must be willing to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
• Team Medicine - work side by side with our medical team
• ART training offered

• High level verbal and written communication skills
• Above average ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High tolerance to stressful situations
Occupational Exposure:
• Low risk exposure to bloodborne pathogens and chemical hazards
