The Clinical Strategy and Practice Lead builds strategies for development, engagement, best clinical practices and processes for clinical community within the enterprise. The Clinical Strategy and Practice Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
Responsibilities
The Clinical Strategy and Practice Lead Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Health related field
• 3+ years of project leadership experience
• 5+ years of technical experience working with multiple systems and platforms
• Independent with reporting and analyzing data and value proposals.
• Intermediate experience using MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Additional Requirements
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and as business needs
Work Style: Remote/Work at Home in the state of Florida
Travel: 10%
Preferred Qualifications
• Masters in Healthcare Administration
• Provider facing experience and providing education regarding care delivery
• Six-sigma experience
• Program Management experience
