Radiology Tech/MA - Bloomingale Health Hub - Urgent Care
The Radiology Tech/Medical Assistant - Urgent Care assists physicians with triage, patient examination, procedures, treatments, and x-rays. Responsible for patient histories, routine lab procedures and preparation of specimens for transport to the lab. Create and maintain patient charts. File charts and reports. This position supports urgent care offices with x-ray equipment.
The Rad Tech/MA position will be performing 90% medical assistant duties (room patient, obtain chief complaint/reason for visit, vitals, blood draws, injections, EKG), and other clinical duties on a daily basis.  Previous medical assistant, urgent care experience is a plus.
The hours for this BayCare Urgent Care position are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday and 9:00 to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.  The Work Schedule for this position is a twelve (12) hour shift 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (or until last patient leaves) Monday through Friday, and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (or until the last patient leaves) on Saturday and Sunday with a Two Days On, then Two Days off Rotation.  This will include every other weekend.
