Growing psychology practice in the Tampa area is looking to add a Clinical Director/Clinician. Our practice is looking for patient/client-focused LCSW to fulfill the growing number of patients and referrals. SPANISH LANGUAGE REQUIRED!!!!

Positions/Shifts available:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Full-Time 40 hours)
Responsibilities and Duties
Qualified candidates will have experience working with adults, and possess a desire and competency to work with individuals and couples, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues . Other areas of practice will be welcome, but candidate must have experience and be competent to treat clients in the aforementioned areas.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualified candidate MUST be currently licensed as an LCSW in Florida, and in good standing with the Florida Board of Health. Candidate must possess and provide proof of professional liability insurance, or will need to purchase policy as condition of offer.

Job Requirements
• Provide clinical psychosocial assessment, diagnosis and appropriate clinical social work treatment/interventions including discharge planning, to patients/ families
• Provide individual, family and group psychotherapy, and couples therapy
• Identifying patient/family psychosocial needs
• Provide individual and group therapy
• Provide daily group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, substance abuse group/didactic, and/or couples therapy as deemed appropriate by the treatment team
• Provide family education for community social services
• Provide clinical social work services to patients and families
• Participate in professional peer review case conferences, or other organizations required at the MTF
• Providing group and individual psychotherapy
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide individual, family and group psychotherapy
