PROJECT MANAGER I-PAYROLL Professional Non-Clinical Hours: M-F 8:00 - 4:30 Days - Full-time Paygrade/Wages/Salary Info: OH 2013-75 - 40115C
Job Summary Defines, plans, executes, and finalizes projects that optimize solutions and services according to negotiated deadlines and within cost and resource budget. # Job Responsibilities Determines and acquires resources and coordinates the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Defines the project#s objectives and oversees quality control throughout its life cycle and coordinates any appropriate benefits realization work. Manages small to medium-sized projects or sub-projects under close supervision of the Manager of Payroll. Partners with HR and Benefits to ensure that processes are documented, communicated, and understood. Assists Manager of Payroll in identifying and resolving issues affecting the processing of payroll. Assists in maintaining payroll metrics and reporting to monitor payroll effectiveness and identify areas for process improvement. Qualifications Associate#s degree or higher in related field required upon hire A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. No experience required No licensure/certification/registration required Skills and Attributes Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Works under minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
