Primary Responsibilities:
• Clinical administration of TMS therapy services
• Meet with patients and caregivers considering TMS Therapy as a treatment option, providing information, support and encouragement as needed
• Support securing health insurance coverage for patients receiving TMS Therapy
• Support medical education events with healthcare providers regarding the use of TMS Therapy
• Patient follow up calls
• Scheduling appointments
• General office administrative duties
Position Qualifications:
• Ability to successfully complete required training to preform TMS therapy
• Proven excellent communication, organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
• Self-motivated, target driven, and proven ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
• Professional work ethic and appearance
• Proven attention to detail in all aspects of the patient care processes
Additional Qualifications:
• Prior TMS therapy clinical experience is a plus
• Prior experience in the mental health field is a plus
• CNA or Medical Assistant a plus
