Full Job Description
Horizon Homecare seeks a full-time Scheduler/Clinical Assistant for our Tampa office.
The Scheduler/Clinical Assistant offers friendly, courteous, and confidential assistance to every patient to ensure that the patient has a positive experience while under the care of Horizon Homecare. Maintains accurate information on each patient to facilitate the coordination of services. Uses automated systems to expedite patient scheduling and maintain electronic medical records. Works with others in a team environment.
**Requirements: Applicant must have at least one year of Medicare HOME HEALTH scheduling experience and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check. **
Horizon Homecare is Medicare certified and accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC). Service areas include Hernando, Citrus, Pasco and Pinellas counties.
