Popeyes Location in Owensboro is looking to expand their workforce by hiring for all positions.
Cooks, Team Members, & Managers-In Training. Popeyes has opened 3 New Stores locally in the past 24 months and always promotes from within for Store Managers and GMs. The opportunities are GREAT to grow with this company and move into management positions.
We are looking for applicants who are dependable and who want to assist the restaurant in profitably. Pay rates depend on skills and qualifications and will be determined at the time of the interview. Popeyes believes in initial pay increases within 90 days and then every 6 months with qualifying evaluations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain the highest level of quality, service, and cleanliness in all work assignments.
• Ability to demonstrate punctuality and adhere to attendance schedule.
• Execution of the guests’ food orders in a friendly, and timely manner.
• Learn all menu items and current pricing.
• Awareness and adherence to food safety and safety procedures (holding times, temperatures, code dates, etc.).
• Knowledge of receiving, rotating, and stocking of food and supply orders in accordance with proper procedure.
• Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency to get the required job done in a timely manner.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork skills with other employees.
• Ability to demonstrate a positive outlook and attitude toward management, other employees, and guests.
• May assist with team coaching and encouraging productive and friendly work environment.
• Any other duty to include daily and weekly projects which management deems necessary to the smooth flow, goodwill, and operation of the restaurant.
