Job Summary:
The coordinator will administer the required screening for each of the referrals. Based on the results. the client will complete the education, provided by the coordinator, either virtually or face-to face. The coordinator will also complete and submit all administrative forms to referral source (Courts) and Department of Transportation.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences. Psychology, Education, Communication or other related fields.
+ Trained in SASSI screening tool or other approved screening within first 30 days.
+ Certified Prime For Life Instructor within 90 days
Location ID – Kentucky. Cigar Factory Complex
Relocation is not provided and travel is occasionally required
