Position: Seasonal Sales Associate
Report To: Store Manager

Qualifications:
• Has a flexible schedule that includes working before and after store business hours and weekends.
• Able to work on selling floor as needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders as needed.
• Previous retail experience is required.
• Previous retail management experience is required.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the unloading of trucks, movement of merchandise, fixtures and supplies as directed.
• Responsible for the processing of merchandise within 24 hours of receipt.
• At the end of each shift responsible for leaving the floor and stockroom in a manner that allows for continued shipment processing without impeding customer flow.
• Displays a consistent level of clear communication in delegation, follow-up, and guidance of all receiving and store Associates.
• Effectively coaches and monitors progress and provides feedback in order to maintain Company standards.
• Processes all merchandise per Company standard.
• Ensures that all product is properly ticketed, (UPC and price) and signed per Company standards.
• Communicates to Management and ensures the resolution of all receiving, ticketing, product and other shipment related issues.
• Handles all damaged/defective products per Company standard.
• Processes trash daily in clear garbage bags, cardboard per landlord direction.
• Responsible for maintaining the stockroom and cap shelves in a safe, clean and organized manner.
• Adheres to all Company merchandising standard and Management directives when placing product on the sales floor.
• Uses Market plan to merchandise shipment
• Ensures that merchandise is replenished as needed and that all sku’s are properly represented on the sales floor.
• Provides regular updates to Management regarding all merchandise and stock issues.
• Provides regular updates to Management regarding personnel issues.
• Suggests and implements methods for increasing stockroom and distribution center efficiency.
