MATERIALS SUPERVISOR Non-Clinical Support Hours: M-F 2:00pm - 10:30pm Evenings - Full-time Paygrade/Wages/Salary Info: OH 2013-74 - 45022B
Job Summary Supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function. # Job Responsibilities Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels. Provides leadership, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Assists with performance evaluations and corrective actions. Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints. Meets with sales representatives on new product conversions and works to secure quotes for products. Maintains warehouse inventory, purchases supplies, resolves accounting issues, and reports for month end close. Qualifications Associate#s degree or higher in related field required upon hire A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. A minimum of 2 years# relevant experience required Driver - Valid driver#s license and 21 years of age required upon hire Skills and Attributes Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Works under minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
