Job Description Flatbed OTR Positions Available Pay Scale with Verified OTR Experience: 0 11 months 53 CPM 1 year 55 CPM 2 years 56 CPM 3 years 57 CPM MAX PAY 63 CPM Truck Driver Benefits: 05 CPM extra for oversized loads in states requiring night shut down Home most weekends $250 minimum load pay Average 9,500 miles per month All tractors are less than 3 years old $1,100 orientation pay for all EXPERIENCED drivers Health, dental, vision, teledoc, short-term, and life insurance We will cross train Our operating area is 36 states: I-35 and Eastward Paid vacation & ETO (Earned Time Off) Direct deposit weekly 100% eLogs Bonuses: $1,500 Sign on Bonus Exp. Flatbed Drivers and Cross Trainees $1,000 Sign on Bonus for Long Term Trainees $3000 Driver Referral Bonus for Experienced Flatbed drivers, Cross Trainees and Long Term trainees Every 30 days totaling 3 installments (3 month pay out) Driver Requirements: Must be at least 23 years of age A minimum of 3-4 months verifiable and current over the road experience (OTR stay out all week / 5 or more states) 1 year is preferred Valid Class A CDL Must be registered with FMCSA Clearing House Good work history No more than 4-5 jobs in recent 3 year period Must have excellent MVR, DAC, PSP, Medical etc (past 3 years) Good employment verifications Not accepting any NO to REHIRE in recent 3 year period (any company including JC) Acceptable DAC report (see above) No positive drug or alcohol test Pre-employment Post-accident No speeding tickets over 18 mph in the last 3 years No reckless driving in the last 3 years No DUI convictions within current 3 years No current suspension or suspensions in last 3 years No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years Acceptable PSP Reasonable inspection violations (non driver related) Clean CDR Long Term Trainee requirements- same as above, but includes: Truck Driving School certificate copy Truck Driving School transcript copy 90 or above GPA No MVR violations About Jordan Carriers At Jordan Carriers, our drivers are much more than just a truck number.
