The client needs someone who has led a HR organization and has experience in negotiating labor contracts
Job Qualifications
The following are the key job requirements and/or experience required for the position:
• BA/BS degree is required.
• Minimum of 7+ years HR Management experience in manufacturing in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience negotiating collective bargain agreements and managing the labor relations functions of HR is required
• The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and someone who can work well in a consensus environment, while assisting others to excel in this culture and environment.
• Participating or leading continuous improvement events/projects is important
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills are required and experience with ERP systems like SAP is important.
Compensation/Benefits
The base compensation is dependent on the individual and skills they bring to the job. My client wants a top-quality individual and their total compensation plan of approximately $145,000 (base, bonus and stock options) reflects their commitment. The company offers a very good benefit program.
