This role is based out of the Owensboro, KY office but will be assigned to projects as needed.

Construction Manager
TO BE CONSIDERED CANDIDATES
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must have previous heavy-industrial construction experience
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible for managing daily construction activities of each assigned project to assure project completion in a safe, profitable, and quality manner
• Ensure project rules, procedures and programs are followed consistently, including those involving safety, attendance, and workplace behavior standards as reflected in Company’s non-harassment and nondiscrimination policies
• Resolve employee conflicts and scheduling difficulties, informing project and corporate management as appropriate
BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS
• At least 10 years’ experience in the industrial construction market
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Pipe Supervisor
• NCCER+ in Pipe (preferred)
• Ability to lead multiple crews of up to 50 people
• Experience coordinating subcontractor activities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be computer literate and able to utilize Microsoft Office applications
