Job Status: Full-time, Evaluation Hire after 90 days
Schedule: Mostly days and you help write the schedule!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead a staff of 8-12, operate a front desk, work closely with owners to oversee the daily routine and all other activities, data entry, manage housekeepers and maintenance, assist with marketing and branding.
Experience Required:
Strong communication skills, the ability to convey information in emails and conference calls, as well as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
Previous management experience (supervisory role)
Basic computer skills with strong data entry speed and accuracy.
Customer Service skills are of the utmost importance.
Pay: $3,000 monthly + commission, based on sales and activity
