EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred. Three years of related work experience with a minimum of one year experience in a leadership role preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provides leadership in establishing and maintaining a professional and respectful environment that supports teamwork while promoting the dignity, privacy and confidentiality of patients, their families, co-workers and volunteers.
· Assures clinic/regional personnel comply with approved policies and procedures
· Plans, organizes, evaluates, and directs front office personnel
· Ensures the smooth and timely flow of patients through scheduled clinics
· Facilitates communication, problem solving and conflict resolution between Health Center staff.
· Develops and recommends changes in operational procedures that promote quality patient-centered care, productivity and revenue enhancement, risk management, cost savings, employee engagement and satisfaction.
· Provides back-up support for front office positions at times of unanticipated need, planned or unplanned employee absence.
· Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
