REMOTE QUALIFICATIONS – You must have the minimum computer requirements available:

Essential Functions
• Function as the first point of contact for our clients’ customers
• Field inbound calls in a courteous and respectful manner from prospects
• Place outbound calls for beneficiary outreach and welcome calls to new members
• Provide first level resolution to customer issues
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support
• Document problems in a detailed fashion and reroute them to the next level of Bloom support
• Build relationships through superior customer service and satisfaction
• Work within established performance metrics
• Uphold Bloom’s quality and compliance standards
• Excellent attendance, along with consistent dependability and flexibility in the workplace
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior customer service skills preferred
• Proficient with computer programs in a Windows environment
• Respectful tone and professional demeanor
• Performance driven mindset

• Positive can-do attitude
• Self-Discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Requires background check from the age of 18 to present
• Requires passing drug screen
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit for long periods of time, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
Work Environment
